The selection at the store was excellent, the salesmen very knowledgeable and helpful and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Vermont Castings Merrimack fireplace insert! We use it constantly for the entire winter and only had to turn on our furnace once a day to get the upstairs warm first thing in the morning. Excellent installation and the fireplace insert is top quality. It was the best investment we have made in our home since we bought it 7 years ago.

Just wanted to send along a letter of appreciation for the level of service that two of your Technicians , Jim Davis and Jay Hubbs provided for us. Jim and Jay were very professional and courteous in helping us with our pellet stove. Both men were very knowledgeable of the product and knew exactly what had to be done to correct the problem. I especially appreciated both men’s willingness to explain it all to me. The knowledge they imparted will allow me to be more diligent to avoid potential problems down the road.

One of the reasons that I purchased our stove from Enchanted Fireside was my desire to deal with a company that would provide competent and thorough service. Because of cost and safety concerns, that is very important to me. I couldn’t be more pleased in that regard.
